RETURN POLICY

Sporthenix endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect then we extend options for a full refund of your orders!

Return Process

1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:
a) Damaged product
b) Manufacturing defect
c) Incorrect product.

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Cancellation cannot be made once the order is placed.

2. Return is only acceptable if the customer Makes a short video of product unboxing (without editing) and send the video at the time of raising return/replacement request to support@arengineerindia.com or +91-7830994949.

3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request with Video. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up ( you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item ) for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

4. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

5. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time ( usually take 7 to 10 working days ) before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@arengineerindia.com or +91-7830994949.

Points to remember – The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition
